Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale pricing is available to approved retail businesses only. To access wholesale pricing, customers must apply for and be approved for a wholesale account.

Wholesale accounts are intended for registered businesses purchasing goods for resale.

Approved wholesale customers will receive access to:

  • Wholesale pricing
  • Selected wholesale products
  • Wholesale ordering through our website

KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at its discretion.


Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply to wholesale purchases. These requirements may include:

  • Minimum quantity per product variant
  • Minimum total order value required $500

These requirements help ensure efficient production and supply for our wholesale partners.

Minimum order requirements may be updated at any time.


Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and cleared.

KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. If a wholesale order is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipment booking, a refund will be issued for the order value minus any reasonable costs already incurred in processing the order, including freight bookings, packaging, and handling costs.


Shipping

Wholesale orders are shipped Australia-wide.

Items that are considered oversized, heavy, or require specialised packaging may incur additional shipping costs. This can include large orders, bulk purchases, or shipments containing multiple large items.

If your order falls into this category, our team will contact you after purchase with a freight quote before dispatch. Freight charges must be paid prior to shipment.

Shipping costs apply to wholesale orders that are classified as bulky unless otherwise specified. Delivery timeframes will depend on the shipping destination and courier service.

KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details provided at checkout are accurate.

If a wholesale order is refused at delivery, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional freight charges incurred. KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA reserves the right to deduct any return freight, storage, redelivery, or handling costs from any refund issued. If the customer requests the order to be resent, all additional freight charges must be paid prior to redelivery. 

All wholesale deliveries must be received and signed for by an authorised person at the delivery address. Orders will not be left onsite, unattended, unsigned for, or unsupervised at any time. If no authorised person is available to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to the depot or sender and any additional freight, storage, or redelivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

The customer acknowledges that courier companies do not typically call prior to delivery. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched and it is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.


Returns and Faulty Items

Wholesale purchases follow the same return guidelines outlined in our general return policy where applicable.

However, under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or do not perform as expected.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on wholesale orders.

Custom or personalised products, including hot iron branded items, are non-refundable unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Product Representation

Wholesale partners agree to represent KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA products accurately and professionally. Products should be marketed in a way that reflects the quality and values of the brand.

Retailers may not modify branded products or misrepresent product materials or origin.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, resale, or distribution of our products.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.


Policy Updates

KISS MY HIDE – AUSTRALIA reserves the right to update or modify these wholesale policies at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of a wholesale account constitutes acceptance of the current policy terms.
